1.- General questions

  1. Question: Are the products an alternative to liquid bleach?

Answer: Yes, completely, they are used as substitutes.

  1. Question: Each pot of Cleanpill pills: how many litters of conventional bleach is the equivalent?

Answer:

  • 8 tablets – 1 L of liquid bleach

  • 1 pot of 48 tablets (160gr) – 6 L of liquid bleach

  • 1 pot of 150 tablets (500gr) – 18,5 L of liquid bleach

  • 1 pot of 300 tablets (1Kg) – 37 L of liquid bleach

  1. Question: I have doubts about his use of the tablets. I’ve always used liquid bleach. But I see that with this product, it is indicated that 8 tablets equal 1 L of liquid bleach and, you have to use 1 tablet in a bucket. If I compare it with the recommendation indicated on liquid bleach: It is 100 ml per cube.

Answer: If you dilute 8 tablets in 1 litter of water, then you can pour 100 ml into each bucket of water and therefore you get 10 doses. We recommend 1 tablet per cube to ensure disinfection.

  1. Question: What are the main advantages of the tablets?

Answer: Ease of use and dosage, safety, volume saving, weight, space and also economic savings. On the other hand, it improves the environment, since being solid tablets, the plastic containers are smaller and when taking advantage of the surplus product… with Cleanpill is saved in water transport, promotes recycling and no waste is generated.

  1. Question: Why tablets are a major economic savings?

Answer: Because liquid bleach in the last year has reduced approximately 45% of its production in Spain and therefore the price is becoming more expensive.

  1. Question: Which is the dosage of the products?

Answer: Each product has different dosages. See in the technical sheets.

  1. Question: Bleach spoils the colour of clothes, also multipurpose pills?

Answer: No, it is another of its advantages. In case of accidental contact with clothes, the tablet does not stain, although we recommend not to leave it on any garment because, in case of humidity, the tablet could begin to act and one of its effects is bleaching. Once dissolved, the degree of concentration in the water is so small that it would not discolour the clothes if it splashed on us. For more information: see questions about the use of multi-purpose tablets in the washing machine.

  1. Question: Can be used with the steel?

Answer: They can’t be used in metals. Only in special cases and with very low concentration (recommended by the manufacturer in the technical data sheet). Otherwise they may corrode.

  1. Question: Can be taken Tablets with the hands without protection?

Answer: We recommend wearing gloves. If not used, it is compulsory to wash hands with water once the tablets have been in contact with the skin. You can also use the same plug to ease the dosage and avoid touching the tablet with your hand.

  1. Question: Can I keep the pot open and the tablets inside?

Answer: No, mainly for security. Also, to avoid dust and moisture. If a drop of water fell (being such a small amount of water), it would cause the release of all the chlorine and smell very strong.

  1. Question: What is the expiration date of the product? What happens if the product is expired?

Answer: The tablet loses 1% chlorine, after the 3 years. Even using the tablets later. They continue having more than 95% of product effectiveness.

  1. Question: Are you sure you know the difference between cleaning and disinfecting? Are you sure you know what products you need to use in each case?

Answer:

Dishwasher Use:

  1. Question: When it is said that the multipurpose tablets eliminate the smells in the dishwasher… is it true?

Answer: Smells come from the breakdown of organic matter by oxidation. Chlorine accelerates the breakdown of this organic matter, oxidizes it and disappears. In the dishwasher, a pill is directly placed inside the dishwasher; it can be put in the bottom or in the tray (preferably in the plastic part). With the water inlet itself, it will dissolve and leave the dishwasher free of organic matter. The contact time and the low concentration of chlorine in the total water will not cause oxidation of the metals. Dishwashers and washing machines are normally made of stainless steel. Another case would be that, they will be used in carbon steel sites which then will cause oxidation obviously.

  1. Question: Where the Orache multipurpose tablets are placed in the dishwasher?

Answer: They can be deposited in the bottom of the dishwasher, in the plastic part or in the same tray with the detergent tablet, the program is chosen and sanitized. Organic matter is easily eliminated, odours are eliminated and all dishes are sanitized.
